All alterations and repairs will be completed according to the specifications agreed upon during your consultation. If the finished work does not match these specifications, we will make necessary adjustments at no additional charge within 30 days of pickup.
Customers have 30 days from the date of pickup to request adjustments or modifications to completed work. This period allows adequate time to try on garments and assess the fit in various situations. After 30 days, adjustments may still be possible but may incur additional charges.

As a service-based business performing custom alterations on customer-owned garments, we generally do not provide monetary refunds once work is completed. However, we will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues with our work at no charge. In exceptional circumstances where work cannot be satisfactorily corrected, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion.

Rush services carry the same quality guarantee as standard services. However, rush fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, even if adjustments are later needed. The expedited timeline and priority handling justify these fees regardless of subsequent modifications.
Completed garments should be picked up within 30 days of notification. We securely store items for up to 90 days from completion. After 90 days, unclaimed items may be donated to charity or disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact the customer. We are not responsible for items not claimed within the 90-day period.
While we take every precaution to protect garments in our care, we maintain insurance coverage for items in our possession. In the rare event of damage or loss while in our custody, liability is limited to the fair market value of the garment, not to exceed the original service fee paid. Claims must be made within 14 days of discovery.
